An empathetic observer
curious learner,
passionate storyteller
and designer.

Growing up in Shenzhen, where urban development advanced rapidly and various architectural designs were implemented, had a significant influence on my career choice. Being surrounded by dynamic and inspiring environments fueled my passion for the field.

During my education at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), I gained an understanding of the intricate nature of designs. By studying design and its effects on people, I realized how it can enhance human experience in various ways.

With a strong interest in environmental psychology and behavioral neuroscience, I pursued further studies at Cornell University in Design and Environmental Analysis. Through this interdisciplinary program, I am able to delve deeper into the interplay between social sciences and design. Drawing on my minor in psychology, I am concentrating on understanding how human sensations and perceptions affect their mental processes and behaviors in built environments.

My journey has solidified my belief that design can positively impact the human experience through the integration of artistic expression and practical innovation. I aim to bridge design and research to generate designs that are both meaningful and impactful.
